Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 48 hours from receiving the order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items:

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at [info@togsmoments.com] with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, or wrong size).

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team at info@togsmoments.com. Size exchanges are allowed once only.

If you wish to exchange for a different color or product, shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order and are subject to stock availability.
